Exercise Classes

 

We offer a free exercise class 4 times a week hosted by club members  Susan May and Glenda Margerum

 

Mondays 9:00 a.m.

Tuesdays 9:00 a.m.

Thursdays 9:00 a.m.

​

Enjoy a variety of activities such as:

​

=Aerobic walks, mat stretching

=Core strength, balance & toning  =Exercise hooping is also being added

   to the line up of exercises!

​

Fridays 8:00 a.m.

 

=1 hr @ Little Talbot Island State Park for a Beach Walk.  We meet at the St Johns Marine parking lot to carpool or at the Park.

 

Buy a yearly pass and support our local beautiful beach!!
