Enjoy a variety of activities such as:
=Aerobic walks, mat stretching
=Core strength, balance & toning =Exercise hooping is also being added
to the line up of exercises!
Fridays 8:00 a.m.
=1 hr @ Little Talbot Island State Park for a Beach Walk. We meet at the St Johns Marine parking lot to carpool or at the Park.
