Exercise Classes

We offer a free and healthy exercise class 4 times a week hosted by club members  Susan May and Glenda Margerum.

 

Mondays 9:00 a.m.--Aerobic 2-mile walk, plus mat stretching and toning exercises.

Tuesdays 9:00 a.m.--Core strength, balance, toning plus a one-mile walk.  Exercise hooping is also being added to the line up of exercises!

Thursdays 9:00 a.m.--Enjoy a variety of exercises from aerobic walking to belly dancing!

Fridays 8:00 a.m.--1 hr. @ Little Talbot Island State Park for a Beach Walk.  We meet at the Club to carpool or at the Park.
