The Heckscher Drive Community Clubhouse is an amazing venue for family and friend gatherings and celebrations as well as for business related conferences.  The Clubhouse is a 1250 square ft building with a large meeting area, two ADA compliant bathrooms, and a large kitchen area suitable for catering.  The Clubhouse is located on approximately one acre along the southside of Heckscher Drive along the scenic St Johns River (approximately ½ mile south of the St Johns River Ferry).  

The Clubhouse boasts a large open area suitable for sit down banquet style dinners, meeting room, or an area with a dance floor which transitions nicely to an outside turf backyard with a large firepit.

The meeting area includes banquet tables and chairs for meetings, banquets, and any events for up to 55 people. 

The Clubhouse has a large screen TV with Wi-Fi for business presentations or hosting watch parties for movie and major pro and college sporting events.

 

The kitchen area includes two food warmers each with five racks for keeping catered or other food trays warm; includes a combination microwave / convection oven; full sized refrigerator for setup and prep; and with ample counter space for serving buffet style events.

Rental rates for the Clubhouse are as follows:
     Standing Members:   $250 per day (8 AM to midnight)
    Members/Non-Members:  $850 per day (8 AM to midnight)
    Extended Weekend Rate (Friday noon – Sunday noon):  $1350

*Refundable $350 security deposit required for all rentals
**All rentals where alcohol will be served will require an Insurance Rider coordinated when rental is contracted.
